SQUASH CASSEROLE 
Yellow squash (about 3 lb.) cut & boiled
1 sm. pan cornbread, crumbled
1 chopped onion
1 sm. can chopped pimentos
1 can green chilies, chopped or chopped bell pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Velveeta cheese

Mix all together like dressing, put in casserole dish. Top with Velveeta cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
