SCALLOPED POTATOES 
Potatoes, peeled & sliced thinly
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese

Mix soup, milk and onion together. Place potatoes in buttered casserole. Pour soup mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
