1/2 c. oil
1 c. grated cheese, any kind
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach or broccoli
5-6 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 sm. onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients well. Bake 1/2 hour or so until top is brown.
