SNOW BALL CAKE 
2 envs. Knox gelatin
4 tbsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
Whipped cream (for topping)
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 angel food cake

Sprinkle gelatin on cold water to soften. Add next, boiling water, sugar, and juices. Then cool until it has consistency of syrup. Whip cream and fold into mixture. Tear angel food cake into small pieces. Line large round bowl with wax paper. Layer gelatin mixture and cake pieces until all used. Cover with wax paper and let stand in refrigerator at least 3 hours. Turn out on plate and cover entire cake with thin layer of whipped cream.
