1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, sliced
4 med. potatoes, sliced
4 carrots, sliced

Mix first 4 ingredients and shape into 4 patties. Place in center of large piece of foil. Alternate onion, potatoes and carrot slices on top. Seal foil and bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
