GARDEN GLORY SALAD 
1 big carton cottage cheese
1 c. mayo
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 stalks celery, diced
3/4 of a green pepper, diced
2 carrots, grated
1 slice of onion, diced
2 sweet pickles, diced
25 stuffed olives, sliced

Dissolve Jello in water. Cool slightly and add cottage cheese, mayo and vegetables. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
