RHUBARB CRUMBLE 
3 c. rhubarb, cut up & put into pan (8 x 12 inch)

Mix together the following: 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour

Pour over rhubarb.

Crumble together: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 5 tbsp. butter

Pour over first mixture. Bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cut in squares to serve.
