SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 lg. sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled & mashed
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
2 tbsp. honey
Marshmallows

Place layers of potatoes and pineapple in casserole dish and cover with honey and pineapple juice. Dot with marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
