6 med. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. pineapple juice
Dash of nutmeg
1 c. sugar
3 eggs

Mix above ingredients together. Place in greased baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes. Crumble topping on potatoes and bake about 5 minutes longer.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. shredded coconut
1/3 c. melted butter

Stir all the ingredients together.
