SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
1/2 c. catsup
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. chicken broth

BATTER:

1 c. cornstarch
1 tbsp. garlic salt

Mix the cornstarch and garlic salt together. Roll the chicken (beef, pork, etc.) in the batter until well coated. Brown well. Place in a casserole dish. Mix sauce together. Pour over meat. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. This is very good made with venison. Add 1 teaspoons of baking soda to prevent acid stomach.
