BRISKET 
6 lb. brisket, trimmed
Meat tenderizer
Seasoning salt
Celery salt
Garlic salt
Pepper
1/3 bottle Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. bottle liquid smoke

Place brisket on cutting board and pierce with a fork. Sprinkle tenderizer, seasoning salt, celery salt, garlic salt and pepper. Place in brown and serve bag; pour in 1/3 bottle Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke. Secure with holder. Place in refrigerator, turning frequently. Allow to marinate overnight (at least 12 hours). Cook for 5 hours at 250 degrees. Allow to cool. Slice thinly.
