BRISKET 
1 (6-8 lb.) brisket, well trimmed
1/2 bottle Liquid Smoke
1 tsp. tenderizer
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. seasoned salt

Combine last 5 ingredients. Place brisket in baking bag. Pour in liquid mixture, bake 150 degrees overnight or for 8 to 10 hours.
