CHOCOLATE MALLOW CHEESECAKE 
1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. strong coffee
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
2 c. thawed non-dairy whipped topping

Mix together crumbs and butter. Press mixture onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Melt coffee and chocolate over low heat; stirring until smooth. Cool.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Beat in marshmallow creme and coffee mixture. Fold in whipped topping; spoon over crust. Chill until firm. 10-12 servings. Preparation time: 20 minutes plus chilling.
