SHADOW PIE (FROZEN MOCHA
CHEESECAKE)
 
1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c. sugar (omit if using Oreos with frosting)
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. chocolate syrup
2 tbsp. instant coffee dissolved in 1 tsp. hot water
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Mix crushed cookies and butter. Pat into pie pan. Chill. Beat 8 oz. cream cheese. Mix in condensed milk, chocolate syrup, coffee mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pie shell. Freeze at least 6 hours.
