PEDERSEN'S MEAT LOAF SUPREME 
Mix:

1 egg
2 tsp. salt (optional)
3/4 c. water
1 c. Progresso bread crumbs (Italian-style)
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. minced celery (optional)
1 tbsp. minced pepper (optional)
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork

Put into pre-greased loaf pan (for something different use an angel food cake pan.)

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

For added taste add:

1 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce per 2 lb.
1 tbsp. catsup per 1 lb.

Pour off drippings to make gravy.

For bigger, just double up every 2 pounds and add extra minutes for baking.
