RIBBON MEAT LOAF 
3 slices bread, broken in sm. pieces
1 c. milk
1 lb. chopped meat
1/2 lb. chopped lean pork
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. minced onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

CHEESE FILLING:

1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
2 slices bread, broken in sm. pieces
4 oz. crumbled blue cheese or shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together bread and milk; mix in remaining ingredients except filling. Pat half of meat mixture in greased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches. Cover with cheese filling. Top with remaining meat mixture. Bake 1 hour 30 minutes.

CHEESE FILLING: Combine egg white and water. Toss lightly with bread and cheese.
