CLAM LINGUINI 
8 oz. linguini cooked and rinsed
3 to 5 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 cans minced clams
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. parsley

Saute garlic in butter. Drain liquid from clams and liquid to garlic. Bring to boil medium high for 7 minutes. Add clams and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese melts. Pour over noodles and add parsley.
