JOHN'S ULTIMATE FRENCH TOAST 
your favorite kind of bread
eggs
milk
yogurt
fresh fruit

Start out by slicing up about 1/2 a cup of your favorite fruit. Next step mix a few eggs in a bowl with milk. Use your favorite kind of bread or try English muffins, or cinnamon raisin bread and dip them in the batter. Next use a little bit of butter in a non-stick pan and cook both sides until golden brown.

Place on your plate. Use leftover batter to make up some scrambled eggs for a side dish. Put your favorite yogurt on top of the French toast and add your sliced fruit (bananas, strawberries and raisins are great!) and put that on top of the yogurt.

Enjoy! I believe this is tastier, healthier, and less fattening than adding butter and syrup on top of the French toast.
