FLUFFY GRAHAM MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. cooking oil

Stir together flours, sugar, baking powder and salt; make well in center. Mix egg, buttermilk and oil; add to dry ingredients. Stir to moisten. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12.
