MAX'S SWEET POTATO MARSHMALLOW

3 - 15 oz cans sweet potatoes, drained
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 bag mini marshmallows

Heat oven to 350°F.

Spray 12x8-inch glass baking dish with non-stick spray. Place sweet potatoes in baking dish. Pour butter over potatoes. Sprinkle with brown sugar and salt. Top with bag of marshmallows.

Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until marshmallows are lightly browned.
