6 to 8 med. potatoes, mashed
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
Onion to taste
Pinch of parsley
3 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese

Mix ingredients together and bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 to 1 hour.
