FRESH PEACH PIE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk

FILLING;
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. packaged orange gelatin
2-3 c. sliced fresh peaches
Whipped cream

Sift together flour, sugar, and salt for crust. In a pie pan, beat oil and milk together with a fork, stir in flour mixture. Mixture will be crumbly. Press into bottom and sides of pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.

In saucepan, cook sugar, cornstarch and water until clear. Add dry orange gelatin, stir until dissolved. Cool.

Arrange peaches in cooled pie shell. Pour orange mixture over all and chill. Serve with whipped cream topping. You may use strawberries and strawberry gelatin.
