PEACH PIE 
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
Reserved peach liquid and water to make 2 cups
1 pkg. peach jello
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
2 c. Cool Whip
2 graham cracker crusts

Cook jello and pie filling with syrup over medium heat until a full boil. Cool until almost thick. While cooling, dice peaches. Fold pudding into Cool Whip; add peaches. Pour into 2 pie shells. Chill until thick. Can substitute other fruit, i.e. strawberries and strawberry jello.
