FRUIT PARFAIT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
4 tbsp. hot water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. container Cool Whip
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cream cheese and beat until creamy. Blend in Cool Whip, fold in cottage cheese and fruit cocktail. Chill and serve.
