SPINACH JELLO SALAD 
2 pkgs. (3 oz.) lemon Jello
2 c. hot water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. diced celery
1 c. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed)

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill until firm. Serves 12. Serve with or without dressing.
