ENCHILADA PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. enchilada sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can chopped olives
1 sm. can chopped Ortega chilies
1 doz. corn tortillas
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Brown hamburger and onion; salt and pepper to taste. Add other ingredients except cheese. Layer in 9 x 13 inch pan, starting and ending with meat mixture. (Meat-tortillas-cheese.) Top last layer of meat with cheese. If made to serve immediately, place in 350 degree oven only long enough to melt the cheese. Can be made ahead of time; cover with foil and keep in refrigerator. To serve; heat at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
