ENCHILADA PIE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can mild enchilada sauce 1 sm. can mild green chilies, chopped 1 c. milk 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn tortillas, torn into pieces Brown together beef and onion. Mix soups, milk, sauce, and chilies together with meat mixture. Add 1 pound grated cheese and torn up corn tortillas. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serves 6. |
