ENCHILADA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
4 oz. can chopped olives
8 oz. can tomato sauce
6 tortillas
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 c. water

Brown beef, onion and garlic; add salt, pepper, chili powder, olives and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce and cheese in round 2 quart casserole, ending with cheese. Add water; cover. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Pie may be prepared except for water and stored in refrigerator. Add 15 minutes to cooking time. Yields 6 servings.
