CINNAMON ROLLS
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. warm water
1 cube butter
2 eggs
2 pkg. yeast (quick rising)
Flour

Soak yeast in warm water with 1 teaspoon sugar. Scald milk and butter. When slightly cool, add eggs, salt, and yeast. Add flour a cup at a time, beating well. Use enough flour to make a soft dough with elasticity for easy rolling. Grease the bowl and roll the dough in it so top is greased. Put in warm place to let rise until double. Punch down and let rise again. Roll out 1/2 inch thick on floured board. Roll up like a jelly roll. Slice and put in greased pans. Let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Frost while warm.
