RHUBARB CAKE | |
4 c. chopped rhubarb 1 c. sugar 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello 1 1/2 c. water (1 c. if rhubarb is frozen) 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1/2 c. butter Place rhubarb in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle sugar and Jello. Sprinkle cake mix over this, add butter in small pieces. Do not mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip. |
