CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH 
2 (12 oz.) pkg. cranberries, fresh or frozen, thawed
1 orange, seeded and sectioned, peeled
1 lemon, seeded and sectioned, peeled
1 c. sugar, or more
1/4 c. brandy or cognac
2/3 c. pecans, chopped large

In blender or processor, chop 1/2 of cranberries and 1/2 orange and lemon at a time, until relish consistency. Mix with sugar and brandy, sweeten more if you need to. Stir in pecans.
