CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
20 to 25 med. to lg. mushrooms, washed & stems removed
1 can of crabmeat, rinsed thoroughly & shredded
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. milk
Salt, pepper & dill (preferrably fresh), to taste

In bowl, combine crabmeat and cream cheese. Add milk. Add pepper, salt and dill to taste. Dry dill may be substituted as well as any other combination of herbs which suits your taste. Stuff mushrooms with crab mixture. Bake approximately 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
