CRANBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 lb. cranberries (washed & chopped in blender)
1 lg. pkg. raspberry or cherry Jello
Juice of 2 oranges
Grated rind of 1 orange
Grated rind of 1 lemon
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. sugar
Pecans

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Measure juices and add enough water to bring to 2 cups liquid. Add this to Jello. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into large casserole. Refrigerate until set.
