CRANBERRY AND JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. pineapple juice
8 oz. whole cranberry sauce
1 c. diced apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve first 4 ingredients together. When partially set, add apples and walnuts. Goes great with chicken dishes.
