SPANISH WOO WOO 
3/4 pkg. wide noodles
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. can whole kernel corn
1 sm. can tomato paste plus 2 cans water
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook noodles in salted water and drain. Saute onion in oil until golden brown. Add to ground beef and cook until beef is done. Season to taste; add corn, tomato paste, tomato sauce and water. Stir mixture and cook for 15 minutes.

Skim off excess fat. Add cooked noodles; stir gently. Place in large casserole; top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
