CHUCK WAGON BEANS 
1/2 lb. bacon slices
3 lbs. ground beef
Approximately 3 c. fine chopped onions
1 c. fine sliced celery
2 beef bouillon cubes
2/3 c. boiling water
1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. catsup
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (29 oz.) cans molasses-style beans

Use Dutch oven, large roasting pan or crock pot. Fry bacon until crisp (may substitute salt pork); drain off fat. Semi-fry beef with onions and celery until meat is brown and onion tender. Drain fat. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; mix all ingredients. Cover; bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 325 degrees or cook in crock.
