SUNDAY ROAST BEEF 
4 - 4 1/2 lb. chuck roast
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3 tbsp. steak sauce
Salt
Pepper

Place the roast on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Spread the steak sauce on it. Sprinkle on the dry onion soup mix, salt and pepper. Pour mushroom soup over the roast and cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 1/2 hours.
