SUE'S TENNESSEE CHICKEN 
6-8 chicken pieces (breasts, legs, etc.)
2 c. white vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients, except chicken, and bring to a boil. Let it cool then pour over chicken in a deep dish. Let it soak in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours (can be refrigerated overnight or the day before). The longer it soaks in the ingredients, the more the seasoning is soaked into the chicken. Remove the chicken and grill or bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Baste the chicken with the remaining sauce while you are either grilling or baking.
