SUE'S SUNDAY CHICKEN 
8 boned chicken breasts, rolled and wrapped in bacon
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. (2 c.) sour cream
1 sm. can B & B mushrooms
1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar dry beef

1. Chop beef and line large casserole dish or baking dish.

2. Place wrapped chicken on top.

3. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

4. Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. (Remove, cover for last 1/2 hour).

5. Serve over wide egg noodles.

This dish may not be dietetic but it is very easy and wonderfully filling.
