SPICY SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS 
2 lb. hot or mild Italian sausage
1 c. onions, thin strips
2 lg. green peppers, thin strips
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 c. Marinara sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Mushrooms, optional
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Red crushed peppers
Clove of garlic
1/2 c. Prego spaghetti sauce

Fry Italian sausage until done. Add all other ingredients, cook for about 2 hours or it can be cooked in a crock pot, on low for about 6 hours. Can be eaten on a hoggie roll.
