GRANDMA'S MACARONI AND TUNA FISH
1 (16 oz.) box pasta elbows or shells (Barilla)
real mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods)
2 (5 oz. ea.) cans solid white tuna in water, drained (Bumble Bee)
potato chips, crushed (Lay's)
salt and pepper, to taste

Boil a pot of salted water.

In a big bowl mix both cans of drained tuna with mayonnaise. Add enough mayonnaise until it looks like tuna or chicken salad and then add a bit more (or add to taste). Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cover with Saran or plastic wrap and place in refrigerator to chill.

Put pasta into boiling pot of salted water. Cook until extra tender.

When pasta is cooked put pasta in strainer, drain and rinse well with cold water.

Tip: Add some ice to the pasta so it chills better. Mix well under water and when pasta is ice cold pick the ice out and shake water out but don't shake out all the water, keep the pasta wet.

Mix cold chilled pasta with bowl of tuna prepared earlier.

Serve immediately with crushed potato chips on top!
