| TUNA FISH SPREAD ON RITZ CRACKERS | |

one can tuna mayonnaise 1/2 clove garlic Tabasco cayenne pepper salt slice of cheese 1/8" thick Put the tuna in a bowl with a dash of salt, mashed up garlic, rounded tablespoon of mayonnaise, a couple dashes of Tabasco, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (more or less to taste. I like mine spicy) and diced cheese. Mix it all up well and spread on Ritz crackers (as you eat). If you put the spread on the crackers and let them sit the crackers will get soggy. This quick recipe is delicious!!! I also added some lemon juice for a little more taste than spicy. Very very good and I had no garlic cloves so I simply used garlic powder. Would be great for an appetizer at any celebration!! Cheap and VERY EASY AND QUICK!!!
