STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
8 double pork chops with pockets

STUFFING:

2 c. dry bread cubes
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage (optional)
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Sm. onion

Soften bread with hot water. Add other ingredients and mix well. Fill pocket with stuffing. Close pockets with toothpicks. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper, also butter if desired and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until tender. Serves 8.
