BEEF AND MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 c. cooked macaroni
Parmesan cheese

Brown onion and beef in butter; drain. Add tomato soup and next 4 ingredients. Mix and pour in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
