BEEF BRISKET 
4-5 lb. well trimmed boneless beef brisket
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 bay leaf, crumbled
2 finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper

Rub meat with salt. Place in ungreased baking dish, 13 1/2 x 9 x 2 inch. Stir together remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover tightly; bake in 325 degrees oven for 3 hours or until tender.
