ENCHILADA PIE | |
1 pkg. corn tortillas, use only 5 or 6 1 pkg. hamburger, 1 lb. or more 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can enchilada sauce, mild 1 soup can enchilada sauce, hot 1/4 c. chopped Ortega green chili peppers 1 pkg. cheddar cheese 1 soup can of milk (fresh) Break up tortillas to fit into a 9"x12" pan. Cook hamburger and onions until brown. Drain off grease; add rest of ingredients, except cheese. Put a layer of tortillas in pan. Cover with sauce and repeat until sauce is used up, grate cheese on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour or until it bubbles. Take from oven and let stand 1/2 hour before serving. |
