SCANDINAVIAN RELISH 
1 small can peas
1 small can kitchen sliced green beans
1 can shoe peg corn (white)
1 small jar chopped pimento
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup red onions chopped
1/2 cup green pepper chopped

Dressing:

1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 to 1 cup sugar to taste)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper

combine all above ingredients into a large bowl. Cover and marinate at least 24 hours, in refrigerator. Stir occasionally. Keeps about 5 days, 8-12 servings.
