ORANGE PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix (dry)
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (with juice)

Mix well and bake at 325 degrees until done.

FROSTING:

1 box instant vanilla pudding (dry)
1 lg. can crushed pineapples
1 bowl Cool Whip

Mix pudding powder and pineapples (with juice) together. Stir in Cool Whip.
