1 box butter cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
11 oz. can mandarin orange slices and juice

Mix all ingredients together and bake in long loaf or round cake pans at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let cool before icing.

ICING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
9 oz. container Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)

Mix all ingredients together and spread on cake.
