PIG CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix (use listed eggs and oil)
1/2 c. juice (from a can of mandarin oranges) or enough water as called by cake mix
mandarin oranges, chop
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cake mix, juice or water and vanilla for 4 minutes, then add oranges and beat until mixed. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

Bake for 25 to 35 minutes at 350°F.

Topping For Pig Cake:

1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
juice from (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (save pineapple)
4 oz. whipped Cool Whip
1/2 c. confectioners sugar

Blend pudding and juice. Add confectioners sugar. Then fold whipped topping into mixture. Add drained pineapple into mixture. Spread on cake and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
